Dock and Seawall Maintenance

Annual dock maintenance: $500–$2,000. Seawall inspection every 5 years: $500–$1,500. Seawall replacement (when needed): $150K–$450K. Budget a seawall reserve into your holding cost analysis — especially on anything over 25 years old.

Windstorm Insurance
