North Palm Beach Overview
North Palm Beach's waterfront market is anchored by some of the most intelligently positioned communities in the county — close enough to Palm Beach Inlet to make serious offshore runs practical, far enough north to escape the seasonal price compression that defines the Island market. Frenchman's Harbor is the prestige anchor: a gated ICW community with deep-water dockage, estate lots, and access to the Intracoastal and the open waters north of the Inlet. Lost Tree Village, on the barrier island just north of the Inlet, is one of the most exclusive private communities in Southeast Florida — limited inventory, oceanfront and ICW positions, a private beach club, and a membership structure that ensures quiet transactions.
