PALM BEACH COUNTY · WATERFRONT GUIDE

North Palm Beach
Neighborhood Guide

Frenchman's Harbor, Lost Tree Village, Prosperity Harbor, and Anchorage Drive.

North Palm Beach Overview

North Palm Beach's waterfront market is anchored by some of the most intelligently positioned communities in the county — close enough to Palm Beach Inlet to make serious offshore runs practical, far enough north to escape the seasonal price compression that defines the Island market. Frenchman's Harbor is the prestige anchor: a gated ICW community with deep-water dockage, estate lots, and access to the Intracoastal and the open waters north of the Inlet. Lost Tree Village, on the barrier island just north of the Inlet, is one of the most exclusive private communities in Southeast Florida — limited inventory, oceanfront and ICW positions, a private beach club, and a membership structure that ensures quiet transactions. Prosperity Harbor and Harbour Isles offer the same ICW access and gated character at points further south, while Intracoastal Drive and Anchorage Drive addresses deliver non-gated waterfront at the village's residential heart.

North Palm Beach Village maintains a direct relationship with the water that feels less engineered than many South Florida waterfront communities — a genuine boating town with serious real estate attached. Palm Beach Gardens adds the commercial infrastructure: Legacy Place, The Gardens Mall, and PGA National's resort and golf complex. The proximity to Palm Beach International Airport (under 15 minutes) and the county's concentration of sports medicine facilities reflects the area's consistent appeal to professional athletes and executives.

Waterfront & Boating

The Intracoastal north of Palm Beach Inlet is less constrained by bridge clearance issues than markets to the south — most addresses between the Inlet and the Earman River reach open water without fixed bridge concerns. Old Port Cove Marina and North Palm Beach Marina provide full-service slip infrastructure. ICW lots in Frenchman's Harbor and Prosperity Harbor support vessels in the 55–75 ft range. Lost Tree Village properties have both oceanfront and ICW positions — the ICW lots here carry some of the deepest water in the immediate market.
